OUno shrugged. "Nether do I, but you got to admit..." she trailed off as she watched him go from the window, leaving the buck there. She whistled and Cebrus looked up at her. He grabbed the deer and then took off. She sighed and then turned back to Bree. She pulled to rabbits out of her bag and then laid them on a low table. "Got anywhere I can cook these up?" she asked.

Loki muttered under his breath.  (keep in mind he doesn't know he's real name)

Bree looked up and nodded. "I'll take care of that. Need something to get my mind off things anyway." She took one of the rabbits and climbed up to the flat part of the roof, where she prepared what she caught. There was a firepit with a spit already over it and a small pot full of rainwater from later storms. They were also numerous statues of other animals, from quails to rabbits, scattered around. She lit the fire and set the rabbit to cook, along with some apples that she stuck on the sides of the spit. She then went over to the pot and set to boil, making the water safe to drink when it was time. After she did that, she sat down and watched the flames flicker, careful not to let the meat burn to a crisp. She was silent, letting thoughts turn over in her head. Brazil watched her from a higher branch, letting the aroma of the food swirl in the air. His tail flicked in anticapation, eager to eat.

Ouno watched from the window wondering if he would come back and if he did why. She clenched her jaw, fusterated and then climbed up on the roof. She sat down beside Bree and watched the fire. "If he comes back, feel free to turn him to stone tell we find out more about him. I"ll see if I can't find a small town along one of the roads and ask around," she said when she glanced at Bree.

Loki sniffs around and hears this and makes sure he stays a good distance away

Bree nodded slightly with a slight smirk. "Just try to stop me." Brazil chirped something as he waited patiently for the food to cook. Bree looked up at him and gave a smile, then looked back into the fire. She spun the spit so the rabbit could roast on the other side, then relaxed on the floor. 

Ouno laughed. "I'll go find the town tommarow. First let us eat," she said glancing at the food. She frowned when she spotted an uncooked part and new it wasn't done. "Geez, it takes for ever," she said laughing slightly. She glanced over the side of the floor/roof and spotted Cebrus on the ground napping. She smiled a little and then looked back over at Bree and Brazil.

"I know. Drives me crazy." After it was finally done, She took the rabbit off the spit and handed Ouno about half. She kept the undercooked part for herself. She also took off one of the now roasted apples and took a bite, letting some juice roll off her lip. Brazil jumped down and tried to steal a bite from her fruit, but Bree moved it out of the way in time. "Just hold your horses." She took off another piece of fruit and tossed it to him, catching it in his mouth and ripping at it like a mad dog. Bree rolled her eyes and continued eating.

The smell drives in Loki. he sits down and begs

Ouno took a bite and then heard the paws steps of Loki. She looked down from the roof in the tree and then grinned. "I told you to cook the deer, to late know Cebrus already chewed it to shreds," she commented down to him. Stretching she sat back and continued to eat. Cebrus watched Loki and then got up. He did a small bow infront of Loki, motioning that he wanted to play.

Bree gave a smirk as she looked down at Loki. "You know the rule. First come, first serve." She did know what it was like to beg, so she tore off a piece of her rabbit and tossed it down. "Might as well try."

Cebrus saw the food fall downa nd then dived for it growling at Loki as he did. Ouno laughed, kind of having fun if Cebrus and Loki did duke it out. She guessed that Cebrus wasn't going to reach the rabbit before Loki could snatch it up though. Loki 1 Cebrus 0.

Bree rolled her eyes as then looked at Ouno. Brazil finished his meal and scurried onto Bree's shoulder, his usual perch. Bree was quiet, then turned and look out into the woods, a blaml look on her face. Wonder if there's more to this story that meets the eye?

Loki takes his prize and rips into it

Bree looked down at Loki and gave a quick smile. She looked around and got up. "I gotta go check out my borders." She shot a look at Brazil. "Stay with Ouno." Brazil chirped in disagreement, then crawled off Bree's and onto Ouno's." Bree climbed down and changed into her basilisk form, sneaking into the woods without another word.

Loki smiles, even if they knew who he was, he enjoyed staying with them

Bree looked back at Loki, not saying anything, then continued on her way. She stayed in the shadows, perking her head to every slight noise. 

Once Loki was done, he begun chewing on the bones and tossed on to cebrus

Bree stopped her patrol as an unfamiliar scent entered her snout. She crouched down and narrowed her eyes. She waited as she saw some patrols just on the egde of her territory. There was a trade route that came close to it, so that's the closest most humans would come. They knew the story. She held back a growl at them. She waited to see what they would do. If they left, it was fine. If they crossed her turf...

Loki then does the dog circle and lays down, he was like a household pet
