Bree was sitting up on a rooftop looking everything over once more. She was well hidden and relaxed, watching the sky change colors above her head. Brazil soon found her in her spot and scurried up onto her shoulder, nuzzling her cheek with a melody of chirp and squawks. Bree gave a slight smile as she pushed him away sligthtly. "Brazil, you little rascal. Can't you be fine on your own for a few minutes?" Brazil happily shook his head no, making Bree laugh a bit.

Kira tries to catch up to Loki and finally got onto his pant leg and crawled her way up to his shoulder

Ouno followed Brazil and then looked up at the roof he had gone up to. She glanced back at Loki, letting go of his arm, and then climbed up the building to the roof. She galnced around and then saw Bree. She made her way over to them and then sat down beside Bree. "You had me worried there for a minute. Didn't know where you went, but," she motioned at Brazil. "Anyways we have a tag a long. Loki followed us.... I kinda hoped he would though," she added just the slightest hint of a grin on her face as she watched Brazil. Her green eyes slid back up to Bree. "You okay now?" she asked Bree.

Bree smiled back at her as she stroked Brazil on his head. "Yeah. I'm fine. Just needed to get some air." She rolled her eyes slightly at the sound of Loki. "I had a feeling he would." She grinned slightly as Brazil climbed on top of her head. She looked around the area, letting out a deep breath. "I forgot how beautiful a village can be from above."

"And what does that supposed to mean?" he growled at Bree

Bree whipped her head around to look at Loki, narrowing her eyes slightly. "None of your business." She snapped, keeping her gaze locked on him.

Ouno laughed at their litle spout. "Its good to here that your fine though." she paused looking at as well and then shrugged her shoulders, "I guess. I never really noticed it before," she commented and then glanced dwon at Loki. She grinned a little at him and the scolding he had just gotton from Bree. Her eye turned back to Bree and then out towards the background of the village. "Never had time I guess to really look at it," she added sighing and then messing with her stilt on her leg.

Bree shrugged slightly. "You notice these small things after you'll been away from them for a long time." She stayed quiet for a while. "Did ya know that the last time I set foot on a village was 5 years ago?"

Bree shook her head. "No I didn't. Does that mean that Loki has been here alot, I don't think he is injoying the small things very much," she teased glancing over at Loki. She looked back at Bree. "So why was it 5 years?" she asked, her intrest peeked.

Bree looked away slightly. "Lets just say that the last time I was here, there was a price on my head." Brazil chirped and curled his tail around Bree's neck, making her give a slight smile.

Ouno nodded getting what she ment. "It was something like that for me," she commented. "I-" she cut herself off as she heard a ruckas and then glanced over at the other roofs. She stood up smoothly and then pulled Bree to her feet. "Get off the roof. Now!......Loki, follow" she commented, her voice extremly commanding as she dashed forward and leaped off the roof onto the next. She glanced aorund looking for a SAFE way down.

Ouno galnced abck after she hopped down, helping Bree down as well. She glanced back, barring her teeth as she saw the girl get caught. "Bree, stay her will you," she said before she used a cart as a spring board to the rooof again. She stayed low as she sprinted across, her boots clicking on the clay shingles. She stopped, crouching low above the group that had trapped the girl. Ouno still was amazed by the feriousity she saw in the girls eyes, almost like that of Brees and Lokis. She shook her head, clearing her thoughts. No time for that now, she told herself. Ouno sprang forward, landing on one of the men's shoulders. Using all of her weight she leaned forward, slamming the man to the gorund as she hoped off and landed in a crouched position. From there it was a blur of kicking and dodging. Once she was surrounded by the men she looked at the girl and feline captives. "Go run! Find my freinds!" she growled and then punched the neasest guy in the nose, sending him sprawling onto his back from the force of it. Ouno was angry.

Bree was beyond confused for a moment with the sounds of fighting and disaster. She stayed where Ouno told her for a while just watching everything with unblinking eyes. She couldn't just stand here while this was going on. It was just too tempting. She quickly changed into her basilisk form away from the guards and hissed a warning at the closest ones, making a few come her way. She quickly made them stop dead in her tracks. She quickly slashed the now harmless statues with her claws, making them bleed to death. She stayed where she was told, luring the occasional closer to her location with a hiss or a noise. Not only was she getting rid of them, but she was also getting more away from Ouno and the new girl. That should even the odds a good bit. She gave a slight meotin to Brazil and he chirped, skittering towards the battle. He was small enough to avoid most of the blows, along with the apparent good luck in the air, so he moved unharmed. He climbed up the new girl's shoulder and nipped her ear to get her attention, hoping that she'd get the hint.

Lyss jumped, yelping slightly, and a guard took advantage, lunging at her and sinking his blade into Lyss's arm. She yowled and jerked away instinctively, making the wound tear. Then V lunged. With a snarl, she bounded past Lyss and flattened the guard to the ground, pinning them with her paws on the guards shoulders, claws out. She lifted one front paw, slashing her razor sharp claws through his throat. The guard jerked once and then lay still. Verity turned to Lyss, who was wincing in pain, backing away from the fight. She waved the panther off, and Verity stoppd her concerned advance to Lyss. She turned and dove back into the fight with renewed fury, ripping and tearing until there was only three guards left. Now sure that the others could finish them off themselves, Verity went back to Lyss. With a grateful nod to the others, Lyss took off to the forest, Verity beside her. The footprints of her worn, soft leather boots left marks in the dirt, purposefully, so the other two could follow if they wanted.
