This is the castle and City that King Azbar rules from. Though his solder patrol daily, some can sneek by and seek help from the healer inside the history. This is also one of the larger trading areas.

A large vehicle slides to a stop in the castle courtyard and multiple smaller ones do the same, and soldiers flood out the rides including two large men armed with mini guns and one more person comes out, and the three go in the castle in search of the king.

Then one man smaller than the mini guned men steps forward and says Vox, Anumius Vox, one of the many commanders of H.E.L.I.X. Do u happen to be King Abizar?

Anumius follows as the bigger men follow and he says H.E.L.I.X. Specializes in virsus, mutations, plages, other microscopic items, but we have a small problem. One virus has " evolved " one man into a nearly indestructible machine of war, and science he destroyed one of the forts in the city he was imprisoned in we are having trouble tracking him and eleminating him. One man deactivates his active camouflage and says sir, he's not alone anymore.... 

Shit. Just what we need, him to have helpers.

Azbar turned and the sat down in a very large chair that could only be a throne. He looked over Anumius, listining as he spoke and then lifted his head slightly, his intrest peaking. He stopped when he heard that the man they wanted had helpers. "What do these "helpers" look like? One didn't happen to have red blazing hair and green eyes?" he asked the man that had spoke with a very serious tone. He glanced at Anumius after he spoke, eyeing him slightly.

That's correct, how did you know?

Azbar growled and then motioned for some of his guards to come over. He whispered something to one of them and then nodded and waved him off. "I will help you catch this man if you get rid of his accomplinces... these "helpers" of his happen to be a thorn in my side. I can provide you with reasources, allowences to equipment saved before the fall out, transporation, and of course some of our larger forts and incampments for your use," he commented as he leaned back in the large chair and crossed his legs. "Just a tip though, that girl I spoke of is unlike any other you may come upon, watch her carefully," he commented as he looked over his nails and then looked down at Anumius.

He focuses his eyes and says the man we are running after has the strength of armies, and can consume anybody to heal himself and become them.... Thier memories, skills...fears, all his now and could be anyone of us as we speak

Azbar glanced at him. 'then no trust is needed... If you need anything more then ask, but remember your still a guest in my empire," he said with a slight grin as he watched the "little man." He nodded repectivily of course and then looked over his nails again, "If this man is dangurous, maybe he'll do the job for me," he commented.

His eyes then dart around, then wide as he he says we could have a much larger problem in our hands....

Azbar looked over him and then grinned slightly. "And what problem would that be sire?" he asked calmly as he lifted his feet up and a servent moved a chair under his feet for a foot rest. Azbar really didn't seem to be worried about much.

If he posses the same ability as the first infected, Alex Mercer, then he can evolve his allies then you have a unbeatable army in minuties...

"Well then, you better not let that happen should you?" he commented. "The guys not exactly my problem... and I can always threaten the people to get the girls cooperation.... Plus that girl has issues with saying no all the time... Help is not something she will take," he commented to him. "And your expirements sound very intresting now," he added.

And I thank you for your generosity sir. We shall meet again to work on the fine detailing. Good day sir. He says as he walks off as the larger men flollow close by then leave

Azbar watches them go and then motions for his men to come over to him. "Send messages all over the territorys that the HELIX is allowed anything they need when they ask for it...But do have everything they ask for relayed to me," he commented. The messanger took off right as Azbar finished without question.
